Rosso, Vibrazioni positive Pino Manos (Sassari 1930 - Milano 2020) è un artista, un ricercatore, un uomo libero di grande sensibilità, la cui attività si muove in molteplici dimensioni: arte, cultura, filosofia, ricerca spirituale. La Galleria Pirra è orgogliosa di ospitare per la prima volta a Torino una personale, a cura di Tommaso Polleschi, che ambisce a valorizzarne la creatività, la sensibilità, la versatilità realizzativa, la destrezza nel maneggiare colori e materiali, la sintonia coi tempi in cui ha operato, l’abilità nel tradurre in forma un anelito interiore, intrecciando magistralmente tra loro pittura, scultura e architettura. La ricerca di Manos - trasferitosi nel 1951 a Milano, dove stringe amicizia, tra gli altri, con Enrico Castellani, Agostino Bonalumi, Bruno Munari e Lucio Fontana, s’inserisce nel movimento dello Spazialismo degli anni Sessanta, ma i suoi lavori già negli anni precedenti esplorano gli spazi infiniti del cosmo, le energie e l’ignoto. L’opera d’arte offre così l’opportunità di andare oltre; la luce, lo spazio, il tempo e la materia vengono assorbiti nel qui e ora. Per la mostra sono state selezionate undici opere Sincroniche monocrome su tela e sei tecniche miste su carta, sempre legate alla ricerca sulla sincronicità e sulla coscienza spaziale, studi preparatori in bianco e nero di torsioni. I colori delle tele sono creati con pigmenti puri energizzati dalla preparazione e meditazione dell’artista; a prima vista i rossi potrebbero sembrare tutti uguali, e così i blu e i neri, ma è solo un’impressione. La torsione delle corde, le ombre, creano mille sfaccettature e suggestioni che influenzano i colori, creando effetti unici. Manos vede dove l’occhio umano non arriva, rinviene l’estrema velocità nel riposo, ascolta dove l’uomo comune percepisce solo silenzio, in esso sente la musica e attraverso la luce e le ombre trova l’irraggiungibile intelletto umano. Tramite le sue opere trasmette vibrazioni, le quali si tramutano in energie che investono l’uomo nella sua interiorità e diventano un nutriente per l’anima.
