This painting epitomizes a technique and aesthetic I have been working to perfect over the years. The colors are vibrant and alive and the texture is highly tactile and almost edible. This piece is an exercise in an energetic harmony of vibrant and bold color. The colors streak and mix on the surface and appear to be streaming across the surface in brilliant overlapping and interacting color. Heavy texture exists on the edges of the piece as well as bumps or waves of texture on the surface to give depth and intrigue to the piece. It has the vibrant and shiny surface that is reminiscent of large stained glass windows, or a beautiful "Solarium" where light and good energy are let in and captured. This piece is a true statement painting for your space and collection. It is a new personal favorite of mine and is truly an original extra large painting like no other.
