About the Item
A gallery quality archival pigment print of the original oil painting signed by the author.
Limited edition of 100.
The print depicts a jester in a blue hat playing a guitar. The black lines give an element of
graphic design and accentuate specific details. As the jester plays his guitar the audience can envision the colors
and the mood of his melody. Today he is in a good spirits, thus the music is painted in a warm palette. Yet nobody
knows what his mood will be like tomorrow. Don’t let him show you the dark side of his soul.
The painting looks well framed or unframed depending on the demand of the interior design and is signed by the
author. The viewers will be touched by its unique composition and will want to return to it again and again.
The artwork is furnished with certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist with artist's name, edition number, edition limit, and other details.
Sergiy Andreyev was born in Ukraine in 1971 and graduated from the Art School in Zaporozhye (Ukraine). Andreyev’s works were successfully exhibited in Ukraine and Italy until the family moved to US in 2005. Andreyev currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
Young post-soviet artist Andreyev was fascinated by the drawing style of the west culture comics which he organically blends today with traditional Ukrainian colors and skazka characters. By mixing oil painting with ink drawing Andreyev invented an original bold color style of extremely appealing eye catching works.

View AllQuarantine - archival pigment print 40x30"
By Sergiy Andreyev
Located in Beverly Hills, CA
A gallery quality archival pigment print of the original oil painting signed by the author.
Limited edition of 100.
The painting was inspired by feelings of loneliness and social distancing during the pandemic. The canvas is made to look like a cracked mirror with a jester in a red hat on the other side. The cracks spread from where the jester touched it with his wine glass. Life in the painting seems to be broken into many tiny pieces, where the central character is reflected holding his guitar, the only thing remaining after all love was drained out of his life. Quarantine reminds the viewer to cherish life in its fullness and the people that are dear to them. The painting is signed by the author and can be framed or unframed. It can decorate any corner of the room based on individual preference.

Sake - archival pigment print
By Sergiy Andreyev
Located in Beverly Hills, CA
A gallery quality archival pigment print of the original oil painting signed by the author.
Limited edition of 100.
This painting is inspired by Japanese elements and includes traditional decorative ornaments. It depicts a samurai and two geishas playing music and serving sake. The bright colors and the composition of the piece emphasize the merrymaking of drinking culture and express bright emotions associated with it. The sake makes this party possible, and the grid frames of the composition suggest that it is the viewer who is drunk. The painting is signed by the author and can be framed or unframed. It can decorate any corner of the room based on individual preference.

Dolls - archival pigment print
By Sergiy Andreyev
Located in Beverly Hills, CA
A gallery quality archival pigment print of the original oil painting signed by the author.
Limited edition of 100. Print #3.
The painting is a reflection on a philosophical idea of not always having control over one’s life. The two halves of the painting suggest that the reality of what is happening may be an illusion, and the puppet master is someone else entirely. The nakedness of the woman and the elaborate costume of the jester make us wonder at which is more powerful. Dolls are an excellent decoration that can captivate the curiosity of the viewer.
