About the Item
A very unique diamond-shaped abstract painting by Troy Smith. It was recently painted on a plywood panel in the summer of 2023. Vivid gestural strokes skate across the painting, crashing colours into one another. One gets a feeling of broken stained glass melding into each other. Smith handcrafted a chamfered-edged custom wood floater frame for the unusual shape. The frame is finished in metallic rose gold. The painting hangs from a French cleat.
