This original acrylic on canvas painting presents noted artist Vian Borchert’s abstracted woods landscape where yellow buds are depicted in a minimal take showcasing the transformative changes occurring due to the season change from Autumn to Winter. Colours from beige, brown, blue and yellow capture the woodsy atmosphere. With this, Borchert touches upon the change of atmosphere in the air to the breezy short days of Fall going into Winter through metaphoric glimpses within the art. The painting presents the transformation and the multitude of shades such as brown, burgundy and beige that occur due to seasonal change. As we begin to witness the Fall of the leaves and the change in the air and season - a transition is about to happen. The conceptual idea of such a transition is presented via shades and colours abstractly and conceptually through the artist’s poetic vision.
