Mario Jung
Into the Wild

$1,500

About

This painting is in excellent condition and has only been shown in a gallery setting. The painting is gallery wrapped and the edges are painted so framing is not required. Born in Seoul, South Korea on September 14, 1949, Myung Jung began his promising career as an artist in the mid 80’s. His life changed dramatically when he was paralyzed, blinded and deafened as side effects from a catastrophic, third-story, balcony fall. Not even interested in food, Jung was giving up until he had a spiritual dream that renewed his strength and his will to live. Leaving doctors, family, and friends amazed and perplexed, Jung recovered completely and has since meticulously developed his flexible artistic style. Jung, who now calls America home, has been a member of the Seoul Artist Association for more than 30 years and has received grand prize honors in the category of Western Art from the association’s Exhibition of Fine Artists. His collectors reach around the world and his personal dreams are being fulfilled one painting at a time. Mario is a very versatile artist in that his talents and training enable him to produce masterful paintings in a broad range of styles from detailed realism to heavily textured impressionistic paintings.
