About the Item
This work was inspired by the idea that each life can be represented by a circle that goes from birth to death. As we live our life, our "circle" overlaps with other people's circles, sometime a lot but mostly only in part. This is a small painting created using black as well as metallic gold and silver paint on a wood panel which was texturized prior to painting. Italian-born, California-based artist Anyes Galleani’s is an award winning visual artist whose work has received international recognition. She has created art throughout her life using paint, collage, photography, digital manipulation, video and photography.
