About the Item
The Great Barrier Reef in Australia, where I lived for a while, inspired me to create this painting. I was deeply moved by the splendour of the colours, the awe-inspiring vividness and the magnificent diversity. "Down Under 1" is an attractive medium sized, very lively acrylic painting. It´s main color is blue and turquoise in all different shades. It shows the underwater world of the Australian Barrier Reef where I lived for a couple of years. This artwork is a declaration of nature´s beauty. It is painted with high quality acrylic colors in different layers. It has a spontaneous informal attitude und brings a lively, happy note to your rooms. The painting is signed on the side, title and year is written on the back. The sides are also painted in dark turquoise. It is ready to hang and does not need a frame. The size of this artwork is 80 x 80 x 2 cm / 31,5 x 31,5 x 0,8 inches.
