Inspired by the moody skies of the Pacific Northwest, this piece has two 'lightsources' as an underpainting, where the light and the dark meet. 'Zwielict' whilst meaning 'twilight' in German also refers to the german verb 'zwielichtig' which means shift, shady, seedy or unsavoury, even obscure - pointing to a sign of the times in which we live.
