It is an oil painting on canvas. The title is "The Source" and the dimensions are 46 x 61 cm. The theme is about an imaginary landscape of the Andalusian countryside and some women appear on the scene calmly as if time did not exist. The artist, when making this work, is inspired by the landscapes of southern Spain and the people who live there. He tries to capture the sensations of contemplating such beautiful places. Light and color serve to transmit that harmonious integration of people in the rural and natural environment. You can appreciate the characteristic architecture of this area and the vegetation. The technique is based on a direct pictorial treatment "alla prima", without using previous drawing.
