About the Item

Certain tragedies are too profound for us to recover from, not due to a loss of hope, but because the process of healing would necessitate the expulsion of an ineffable beauty from our lives. We cling to some disasters, suppressing our smiles, much like a family that, having no other choice, sends their child to live on the roadside, exposed to the snow. (Written by the Artist) Shipping Procedure Ships in a well-protected tube from Nigeria This work is unique, not a print or other type of copy. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. About Artist Ajegbomogun Damilola is an artist from Nigeria. He was born in March 1993 in Ibadan Nigeria. He had his primary and secondary education in Ogun state Nigeria. A graduate of the University of Lagos (UNILAG). with a B.A. Honour in Creative Art. Growing up as an artist He was hungry for a kind of dialogue that centred around intention, style, and feelings, he then dives into painting, and at the same time, Making research and investigation for an answer, creating works that bring emotion so everybody can see something different. "I think, to understand human beings is like understanding the whole of humanity". Very much interested in their (Human) feelings in all their (Human) expressions. However, his paintings became his best friend. "I understand the changes happening to me year by year. For a long time have been interested in the brush mark and how the brush mark describes the intensity of character and the idea of authenticity".
