This artwork is named after "Nissa", the ancient name of the "Nice" French city, which the painting refers to. It depicts a bouquet with large leaves, in a compact and central composition balanced by a cluster of palm trees flushed with sunlight. This piece is not framed. Andrée de Frémont is a renowned French artist, well-known by art collectors, her artworks being appreciated and collected worlwide. She has the honour to have her works chosen as models for Aubusson tapestry, by the prestigious Robert Four manufacture.

In 2010 he and his family moved to Chester County PA, where he currently resides. Frank currently teaches painting classes and workshops at the Delaware Art Museum and Longwood Gardens...
