Huile sur toile Dim sans cadre 92/70 cm Dim avec cadre 118/91 cm Ecole française Signé Chatinière 1898 Né en avril 1828 à Montpellier (Hérault). XIXe siècle. Français. Peintre et lithographe. Elève de Mattet. Il figura au salon de Paris en 1859,1861 et 1867. Musées : Pontoise : Couple d’amoureux à cheval, jeune cavalier et jeune fille près d’une fontaine. Sète : Retour des champs
Notre tableau représente une servante joviale et heureuse de vivre, elle apporte beaucoup de gaieté quand on la regarde, dans nos périodes assez moroses disons que cela fait du bien. On pourrait apparenter notre tableau à la Belle chocolatière de Liotard peintre du XVIIIe siècle, dans des tons aussi clairs.
