Reflection was inspired by my existence as a human, trying to compare my life to that of others without taking a pause to see how far I've come and learn to just breathe when things don't go my way. This piece helps me in taking a moment to breathe, self-reflect, live in the moment, stop having anxiety about the future, and always be grateful for how far I've come.
