A beautiful mid 20th century French naïf oil on panel depicting a family outside their pet shop, by Fernand Boilauges.
The shop is named Au Paradis des Oiseaux (In Bird Paradise) and has a variety of tropical birds and fish in the window.
The work is signed lower right and presented in a beautiful Montparnasse carved wood frame. A superb example of 20th century French naïf art.
