About the Item
In my new artwork, I reflect on the importance of maintaining a steady state of mind. Our internal condition is our main sculptor.
Imagine you are building a house. Every day, from morning to evening, you lay brick by brick, creating something important and majestic. This house is your life. And your inner state is the foundation that holds everything together.
When you are calm inside, you build confidently: the walls are straight, the windows open to the world, and every detail reflects your essence. But if the foundation is shaky, everything becomes difficult. Every movement seems uncertain, every action is questionable.
The internal condition is not just emotions or mood. It is our main resource, our connection with ourselves. It is the ability to hear our desires amidst the noise of the world, to see opportunities even in a storm, to feel confident when there is chaos around us.
No matter what happens outside, our main strength is inside. Therefore, taking care of your internal condition is not a luxury, but a necessity. Meditation, a walk in silence, creativity, or just a few minutes with a cup of tea are ways to smooth out your ‘inner waves’.
