Therese James
Montauk Point Lighthouse

2016

About

From the "Living The Dream" Series comes Therese James' lovely painting of this most iconic of lighthouses. Standing on the easternmost point of Long Island it's New York States first lighthouse. Rumor has it that the infamous pirate Capt. Kidd buried treasure at this spot on what's known today as Money Ponds. A place of romance and beauty that has been wonderfully interpreted by well collected British artist Therese James.
