1805 View of Governor John Penn inspecting the Portland Legion troops at the Isle of Portland, Dorset. Excellent quality and condition early important historical account of the Isle of Portland. Presented in its original antique gilt frame. This work is the original composition by Upham authenticated by an 1820 engraving held at The British Museum.
