Portrait of Elizabeth Juliane von Vippach, a Noblewoman

Text in the painting as "Elizabeth Juliane Von Vippach, b. August 12, 1621, married November 16, 1651 to Viet Ludwig von Seckendorff, died September 25, 1684".
Veit Ludwig von Seckendorff was a well known German statesman (1626-1692), widely regarded as the 'founder' of early economics in Germany, called Cameralism.
Condition: Previous restoration and relining. There appears to be abrasion by the original frame. One can see the outline of an original spandrel. There is a coat of varnish that prevents us from getting a good black light response. The face appears to look good for the most part. Though there appears to be inpainting throughout, it doesn’t appear to be major. Please reach out for additional photos.
