Have you realized why I made this sketch? Why do artists even do preliminary sketches? And why do they need them and in what quality can they be exhibited or sold? Very funny questions, but I will try to answer them seriously. A sketch is your thought clothed in some pictorial form. And if you think that a sketch can be an independent artwork, you are right! Often the sketch is superior to the main work. Even more often sketch does not grow into something more voluminous, but remains at the level of sketch.
