Classic faux naif interiors oil painting by Max Vesuvius Budnick. The artist cannot resist painting an appealing pattern and was enamored with this IKEA shower curtain/towel reef pattern that hung in his marble wall shower stall. He took artistic license and added bananas to the pattern just because. Illustration style, tightly rendered yet with a loose edge and freedom, painted in gray tones, blue, bright yellow, pink, green, orange, beige, red and black. Custom framed in wooden black float frame.
