Early morning first frost on the lake gives us s a glimpse of winter coming. Tangled bare plants and a few dry flowers and leaves are all that is left after lush summer plants and bushes. Dark blue water has thin white ice patches and you have a feeling of stillness in the air. It is time to rest, recuperate after the busy summer months. Original fine art painting reminds us that our life has seasons, just like nature itself. Painting has been varnished, creating interesting textural effects on the surface.
