About the Item
A small oil on canvas, unframed painting by a famous New York artist, Anton S. Kandinsky (aka Anton SKY). He painted Fifth Avenue from 23rd Street going Uptown - the street he was walking on every day as it was next to his Manhattan studio located on West 23rd Street. Main symbols - American flag, skyscrapers of Fifth Avenue and New York yellow cabs. Signed on the back and dated by the artist. It was a gift from the artist. The painting is in excellent condition.
