"Countryside" by Camille Meriot (French 1887-1975) pastel on cardboard paper: 10.5 x 13 inches Fine original French Impressionist painting by the well listed and popular French painter, Camille Meriot (1887-1975). The artist was from Brittany and depicted much of that coastline and surrounding towns and villages. The influence of Paul Signac (1863-1935) within the painters style is very evident. provenance: from an extensive private collection of the artists work, France Condition report: The paper is very much in tact and in good condition. Very minor creases to the paper and its corners.
