Artist Biography: David began the study of painting during his high school years in Houston, Texas, and later earned his BFA from the University of Houston before completing his MFA graduate studies at Yale University. Traveling extensively through Big Bend, Utah, and Arizona he regularly completed smaller plein air studies before tackling larger works.
