About the Item
Merely glancing upon the dense, royal blue evening sky, simply dazzling in the night, creates a lingering feeling of mystique inherent in the reflections in the sky. The abstract expressionist perspective of this original landscape takes hold upon the sapphire sky as a multitude of seemingly random colors burst downwards from the heavens with the sole purpose of creating joyous beauty on earth, followed by the gardens multiplying as though in competition, refereed by the nimble parade of trees. Artist Eugene Maziarz uses a variety of impressionist brush strokes as he adds texture and dimension with impasto layers of oil paint to his unfolding composition. Prior to migrating to the United States, Maziarz was appointed, by the Ministry Committee of Culture of Warsaw, Poland, a member of the prestigious Polish Organization of Artists; while still a resident of Poland, Maziarz also distinguished himself by teaching art at some of the leading Polish universities. He is now a full time artist showing and selling his unique works across America from Napa Valley to Philadelphia as well as abroad.
