About the Item
Sky Water shows the beauty of nature with Koi and Waterlilies .There is the use of the palette knife which builds up a texture of the oil paints used in this landscape painting.
Petals on the Water display the interaction between the koi and the waterlilies in the oil painting. One can almost hear the movement of the water in Petals on the Water. Sky Water is framed and there is no charge for the frame.
Jeff Slemons says :I’ve been an illustrator for about 25 years. I can’t imagine doing anything else. I’ve worked pretty hard to be able to do something with absolutely no job security. It’s a roller coaster ride all the way and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
From fine art inspired by long-ago greats, to cartoons and hysterical illustrations of the modern day – I do it all!
At some point I think I’ve done all I can and it’s time to call it done. In the back of my mind I made a mental note to do a bigger version at some point. On a bigger format perhaps things can be communicated more clearly. Should that happen look for a full report here. Until next time.
