Josquin Pouillon began his artistic journey at a very young age. A graduate of the National School of Fine Arts ( "Beaux-Arts", Paris ), he "paints in Paris and gazes at La Creuse": his roots lie there, and it is the wellspring of his earliest inspiration. The environment, its woods, its lands, its gardens, and the beloved flowers, all nestled by the Creuse at the foot of the village, hold significant influence over his work.
Apart from his Landscapes, he is very well known for his Series 'Little Love Stories", " The Studio", and has also produced striking portraits of "Native Americans" on a grand scale.
His paintings have been exhibited in the United States, Brazil, China, Japan, and of course France among other places.
