About the Item

I always find inspiration in endless waves and a calming effect from the beach and coastline where I grew up on the Gold Coast of Australia. After many year I have returned and enjoy early morning walks on the beach, the sunrising form the east over the ocean, the sun setting in the west reflecting over the water and of course the sound of the moving water and crashing waves. This is a small sweet work of energetic coastal water inspiration. Looking out over the rolling blue waves, crashing white wash on the beach and atmospheric cloudy skies . Inspired by the Australian oceans and pristine beach's this is a mediative seascape evoking the relaxing, rejuvenating effects of being outside in nature. Seascape View no.1 is one of two small original abstract landscapes painted together. Comes ready to hang in a heavy duty deep edge white timber floating frame. Painted in acrylic on stretched primed canvas, I have used light aqua, phathleo blue, ultramarine blue, Australian blue, natural sand and bright white.
