About the Item
One evening, while returning home, I was struck by a fleeting, golden moment—when the sun cast its final light across the landscape, transforming trees and plants into what looked like sculptures of precious metal. In the distance, wheat fields shimmered, quietly speaking to the majesty of our planet.
This impressionist painting is titled Cycle, a reflection on the rhythms of nature and life itself. Sunrise and sunset mirror the arc of human existence—birth and death, beginning and end. A dawn may signal hope and renewal, while a sunset may whisper of fading light. Yet there is no sorrow in this passage—only beauty.
About series
This painting is from the "Hope" series, where the idea of preserving one's identity despite challenging circumstances is conveyed, as well as the hope for a return to peaceful life. In her work, Ksenia does not depict the pain of internal conflict. Instead, she seeks points of support to rise and move forward, to help others rebuild their lives.

Ksenia Tsyganyuk, born in 1991 in northern Russia, began her artistic career after moving to Rivne, Ukraine. Her paintings—landscapes and still lifes—capture a joyful, childlike sense of wonder through vibrant colors, rich textures, and ornamental details. With a touch of naïveté in her imagery, she seeks to awaken the viewer’s “inner child,” reminding them of how beautiful the world is when one is free from expectations, eager to explore, and ready to experiment. In today’s fast-changing and stressful world—marked by crises, wars, and forced migration—it’s easy to lose balance and feel overwhelmed. Ksenia’s art offers a moment of respite, inviting viewers into a dialogue with their own feelings of lightness and freedom. She hopes to rekindle the emotions of childhood, when one feels safe, at home, and surrounded by love. Her goal is to create art that helps people reconnect with their inner Sun—the light that guides them through life.
Ksenia works in mixed media, blending acrylic and oil on canvas. She favors a loose, expressive style that preserves the spontaneity of each brushstroke, allowing emotions to flow freely onto the canvas.Education
