The shoulder strap fallen down as if to reference Sargent's "Madame X," a scandalous piece in 19th century Paris. She is in public, grasping her lifeline to the world, the cellphone. Yet she feels isolated and perhaps lost. The rickshaw's in the background as metaphorical guides to an unknown destination, yet she pays them no mind...
