Acrylic and oil pastel on framed board Image size: H:60 cm x W:60 cm Complete Size of Framed Work: H:63.5 cm x W:63.5 cm x D: 3.5cm Oil pastel mark making details are added to many layers of acrylic paint “ These paintings are inspired by my garden and named after strong Shakespearean women, independent, and intelligent characters who are capable of overcoming obstacles and challenges in their lives. I feel my plants have the same challenge with the threat of global warming and face seasonal challenges all of their own” Matt varnished and presented in a white wood tray-style floating frame ready to hang.
