About the Item
In 2023 my Migration series have undergone another evolutionary leap. Removing unnecessary, the noise, the opulence of the cloud this latest body of work is more concise simplified yet impact focus almost colour blocking borderline geometric and expressionistically abstract. There is more unsaid than expressed. It's a lot of layers to achieve the right colour depth and so goes about personality. Saying much while being unwordy. As for the subject matter, I am a quietly romantic. It manifests on canvas unlike in real life (I am a practical roll the sleeves up hard working mama) Still, in my paperplany world I speak love and affection sending away my little white aeroplanes, vessels of hope, sincerity and pure light. Aligned in their paths. Concurring uncertain trajectory come what may. oil x wood panel textured surface smooth paint varnished specially made certificate of authenticity unframed (circular frame could potentially be sourced but none required) white 2.5 cm deep edge ready to go on the wall straight out the package 100cm / 40" diametre *** accept commissions on this series. ARTIST BIOGRAPHY:
Yuliya is a mix media artist working on several signature collections. She draws beauty in her surroundings and not afraid to venturing out to explore new directions. Drawings, oil painting, watercolour on paper and canvas, her varied work is seamlessly united by a distinct flow and unmistakably unique elegance.
I was born in Kazakhstan (Aktau) on the shores of the Caspian Sea in a small oily town in the middle of the desert. Spent most of my happy childhood summers in leafy North Kazakhstan (Shuchinsk) at grand mother's farm house, foraging in the forest, swimming in the lakes and looking after animals. Later in life my parents (both engineers) chose for me to go study Law driven by prestige of the occupation.
Art classes was a parallel activity during my school years since the age of 10 and despite high praising from the teachers art was dismissed as a career direction due to being unpractical. I have then spent 15 years in quasi legal career in banking, oil and gas, private clients and consulting industries both in Kazakhstan and the UK before one day deciding to abandon the office all together to give myself a chance to become a serious artist.
The subject matter is often to lift the weight of existence and find a thread that pulls you forward to evolve and change yourself or your attitude towards challenging circumstances in life.
Inspiration comes within. The final outcome of the artwork is often uncertain. Where do you draw a last line is existential to every piece I consider finished. It starts with need to lock myself in the studio room and find way to the outer places within.

- Large Merton Beds 4, Oxford Art, Semi Abstract Style Floral Painting, StatementLocated in Deddington, GBLarge Merton Beds 4 by Elaine Kazimierczuk Original and hand signed by the artist Original Abstract Landscape Painting Oil Paint on Canvas Canvas Size: H 150cm x W 200cm Sold Framed in a White Float Frame (Please note that in situ images are purely an indication of how a piece may look). Elaine Kazimierczuk. This large dramatic oil painting was made as part of a landscape panorama which measures 7m across in total. Although the four pieces were made as a complete work, they are available separately. Any two, three or four panels may be hung together, preferably choosing those which keep the continuity of the image. This piece is the fourth panel on the right of the series. The work represents an area of the Oxford Botanic Gardens which has been planted with sustainability in mind. The result is a riot of colours of mixed species mostly drought tolerant. I adore the chaotic assemblage of beauty in these flower beds. They are extensive, so the work deserves this treatment on a large scale. Elaine Kazimierczuk artist is available at Wychwood Art. Elaine studied chemistry at university and taught for many years before becoming a professional artist. She has written and illustrated a series of books on local history besides a monograph on the religious works of the prominent sculptor Peter Eugene Ball...Category

- Time Changes, Abstract Seascape Painting, Layered Gestural Geometric PaintingBy Mary ScottLocated in Deddington, GBTime Changes by Mary Scott [2022] Time Changes is an original work by Mary Scott. This painting is inspired by the deep sea, wide skies and changing weather here in Cornwall. Painted dominantly in blue and white, I wanted it to evoke that place between the sea and the weather, the elements in motion. Painted dominantly in shades of white and ‘Prussian blue’, it was created with many layers of oil, cold wax and fine rock powder with abstract expressionistic mark making resulting in a rich surface patina. The work will be framed in a dark blue tray...Category

Excellent condition. André Elbaz (born April 26, 1934, El Jadida, Morocco) is a famous Moroccan painter and filmmaker. Elbaz studied art and theatre in Rabat and Paris from 1950 to 1961. He started painting only at the age of 21, until which age he had been interested mainly in theatre. A few years later, he managed to combine his two passions into a new approach in art-therapy, inventing together with his wife, a psychiatrist, the Pictodrame, which brought him world recognition. His first exhibition, which was very successful, took place in Casablanca in 1961 and earned him an appointment as Professor at the Beaux-Arts school in Casablanca. Years later, in 1976, he exhibited his paintings at the Tel-Aviv Museum. In parallel to his career as a painter, Elbaz is also known as a filmmaker. He produced several short films in France, Canada and the United States. One of them, La nuit n'est jamais complète (The night is never complete), won a prize at the "5th Biennale de Paris in 1967" .[citation needed] Among the themes chosen for the many films he produced, there was a short one about the Warsaw Ghetto uprising, as well as a series of drawings entitled Seuls (Alone), with texts written by both Elie Wiesel...Category
