About the Item
Lisa gathers information from walking and wandering, but she is not motivated to paint only "what the eye can see." She is most concerned with capturing "the spirit" in her paintings, and it is her emotional response to her subject that inspires her paint. This original oil painting has been painted on a stretched gallery canvas, 1.5" deep. Framing is not necessary, but a personal preference, as she softly extends the painting to the sides of the canvas for a finished look. The painting has a slightly glossy finish. It is signed, wired and ready to hang.
