Poetic Art Statement: Elysian ~ Peaceful Motion of Pause. My inspiration for this series came from a beautiful dream, where I was at Treasure Island Beach in Laguna Beach, CA. After spending hundreds of hours at this coastal location, several painting series have emerged. Although Elysian IV could be interpreted as a modern seascape capture, I also visualize it as being interpreted as wind & nature through motion of the breeze while painting. Basically, whatever the viewer sees. This extra-large abstract modern oil painting is on gallery wrapped linen with finished grey edges. It comes ready to hang. Colors: Tiffany Blue, Aqua, Mint Green, Turquoise, Black, Silver, Grey, White About the Artist: Michele takes a very spiritual approach to painting, letting each piece come through her.
