About the Item
The sea gives us a clear view of the horizon and we can enjoy the special colors of the sunset. With a lovingly worked out color harmony and exciting texture, this experience is captured vividly. This painting is a loyal and peaceful companion for all the stormy times in our lives. This oil painting was painted with professional lightfast and extremely long-lasting pigments. Pure linen with an extra heavy grammage of 530g / m2 was used. This was stretched on a kiln-dried, multi-galvanized stretcher frame made of pinewood. The stretcher is 2cm thick. The sides of the stretcher can be finished in one color free of charge at the customer's request. This is particularly useful if the painting is hungwith a floater frame or without any further framing. But the untreated (not finished) sides of the stretcher also have their own charm. They document the painting process and reveal the different layers of paint. Both options are beautiful.
