Sky blue-toned abstract portrait of a Victorian woman attributed to American Modernist artist, John O'Neil. This painting depicts a pale white woman with rosy cheeks wearing a sky blue Victorian garment, sitting against an abstract light blue background. O'Neil was born in Kansas City, Missouri in 1915.
