About the Item

Suite of four large family portraits, kept together to this day. Created around 1840 by the painter Théophile Morel, who presented portraits at the Salon des Artistes Français from the start of the decade. These works are in perfect condition, recently cleaned. The frames have shocks in the corners and all around but not on the exterior strips. 118 x 98 cm frame included 87 x 68 cm at sight
