Intimate interior study of a candlelit scene with a mother and her baby. Superb example of the artists work in excellent condition. Measurements: 15" x 21.5" framed approx Biography British, 20th century, male. Born December 1877, in London; died 1968. Painter, engraver, sculptor. William Penn attended the Royal Academy in London and the Académie Julian in Paris.
