"Three Lemons and the Last Supermoon" is a contemporary oil painting by Australian painter Emily Persson. An interior featuring a black wall, a potted orchid, white blossoms, yellow lemons on a white tabletop, and a window showing the blue night sky and a full moon. Framed in a modern natural wood floating frame. Emily Persson is a Melbourne based artist who has been creating oil paintings with a palette knife for three years. Emily is a multi-generational artist with roots in Brisbane, Australia. Although an avid hobbyist painter her whole life, Emily found her style and her new career in 2016 when she began painting landscape, seascape and floral still-life paintings inspired by her surrounds in Queensland. Emily decided in late 2017 that she would give away a successful corporate office job and pursue her life long dream of becoming a full time artist.
