About the Item
'Still Life with Grapes', oil on canvas, French School, signed 'Kerlog' (circa 1950s). A naively charming still life with vibrant colours and harmonious arrangement. The dark background prods the form and colour forward creating a sense of depth in the composition. Discovered in Paris, the work is newly framed in a tray and is in overall fair condition having recently undergone a cleaning by an art restoration professional. It is signed in the lower left, 'Kerlog'. Regrettably no information could be found about the artist. Please enjoy the photos accompanying the listing. Upon request a video may be provided.
