Artist commentary "I was inspired by Metamorphosis of Franz Kafka. I always use materials from my hometown. The black dirt is from Mt.Tate. There was an old silver mining spot there. The yellow dirt is from Oyama town. This town has many fossils.The paper is from Gokayama. This Japanese paper is used for Japanese sliding doors."
