About the Item
This is a one of a kind color photographic print in framed glass by southern Californian artist Lee Sie. Its size is 24" x 36" x 0.5"(HxWxD). It is already framed. A certificate of authenticity will follow delivery.
Artist Statement: I have always been infatuated with the moon in all its phases and like to incorporate it in my photography whenever I can. In this case the moon was the main subject being it a Lunar Eclipse.
Lee Sie was born in Utrecht Netherlands, grew up in Northern California, and now resides in San Diego, California.
“As a photographer, I am happiest shooting alone outdoors—taking in the sky, the surroundings, the colors and forms—and capturing the raw material that later, through digital process, I will finesse into images that transcend simple representation and become works of art that I hope people will find moving, inspiring and noteworthy.”
