Typed French comment reads: "16 Juillet 1929, une scéne de plage dans la banlieue meme de Paris. L'ingénieux propriétaire d'un établissement de bains de Port a l'Anglais a fait aménager une vraie plage aux abords de son établissement." (July 16th, 1929, beach scene in the heart of the Parisian suburbs. The ingenious owner of a public bath in "Port à l'Anglais" had a real beach built next to his establishment).
