The photograph presents a touristy beach on the Tuscan coast in Italy from an unusual viewpoint: from the sky, the crowds of holiday makers and beach materiel become elements of a colorful and geometric composition. Halfway between landscape photography and abstract photography, this series illustrates Bernhard Lang’s work beautifully: well anchored in the realm of contemporary art, his work tries to provoke a reaction, socially and environmentally all the while promoting an aesthetic beauty.
