The series “Inside” comes from a personal experience; it is an “inner vision” that tells a deep solitude, something that makes all equals. The X-ray plates disclose a sort of solid soul, that erase our differences, like “male” or “female”. Over that surface, a dimension is plotted, the substance of a nature: the human one. Giulio Gonella aims, through the camera, to expose his subjects with their own bodies.
