This style of photography is characteristic of Schatz's work with dancers, where he often uses multiple exposure techniques to capture the full poetry of dance movement in a single frame. Each exposure shows the dancer "en pointe", with the layers of the tulle skirt creating a dreamy, ethereal quality.
