n the series "Ohne Titel (...)" [Untitled (…)] (2019) the status of urban space as a space for action and negotiation is expressed in the photographs of architectural B-sides. The captured places – loading zones, underpasses, sidewalks, driveways – all serve the efficient and smooth use of urban space by various interest groups. The traces – signs and promises of human activity – that can be discovered on closer inspection, oppose the lack of obviously picture-worthy objects with an emphatic, almost tender gaze and show that the built city is not a mirror of social references and processes, but rather that society itself is constituted through and within it.
