This body of work began nine years ago, photographing iconic tress in Forest Park in his home town of St. Louis, Missouri. With a painterly approach, this image appears to be impressionist rather than photograph. Edition of 5, this piece is custom framed with Optium plexiglass for the show "Shallow Anchors" at Upstart Modern.
