Pink and Yellow Composition is an original contemporary artwork realized by the abstract artist Pietro Consagra in 1973.
Tempera and nitro on hardboard.
Hand-signed on the lower right and dated on the back. Original Title on the back: C 167.
The artwork has been exhibited on the occasion of the exhibition Consagra, pitture dal 1968 al 1973, at Galleria Editalia, Rome 1973; Consagra, colore at Salone Annunciata, Milan 1973.
Very good conditions. Including the original frame, chosen by the artist and maintained over time.
Wonderful composition in pink and yellow by one of the main members of the International Abstract Art, Pietro Consagra (Mazara del Vallo, 1920 - Milan, 2005). Consagra was also a talented sculptor and writer, who received the gold medal as a Meritorious of Culture and Art by President Carlo Azeglio Ciampi.
